David and the great balloon
David is a curious, adventure-seeking cat who lives in the most enchanting place: the community library! What a fun and curious life he has, full of imaginary worlds and new friends to meet every day. David is always reading a good book; every page is full of wonder and excitement. As he daydreams, he wonders: What if he could go on a real adventure? Join David as his journey leaves the pages, and he embarks with his imagination and a hot air balloon.
Meet David
David is inspired by a real life library cat! David was discovered outside the David A. Howe Public Library as a stray kitten in 2022. He was shortly adopted by library staff and, with his infectiously curious personality, he soon became the town’s favorite honorary librarian.
